**Retail Stocking Team Lead**
The Retail Stocking Team Lead is responsible for overseeing receiving staff and maintaining the organization of both the stockroom and the sales floor in alignment with company policies. This role includes mentoring, acknowledging, and assisting team members to enhance store performance. Applicants should have excellent interpersonal abilities and be willing to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position also demands physical capability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs and to be on one’s feet for prolonged durations.
