The Guest Service Representative acts as the main contact for visitors, handling tasks such as reservations, check-in procedures, and addressing any service-related concerns. This role also includes keeping the lobby area well-maintained, managing payment transactions, and ensuring the overall safety and security of all guests. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in a general office environment, along with an additional year of specialized experience pertinent to this role. Educational qualifications from an accredited college or university can be considered as a substitute for the necessary experience.
