**Job Title: Retail Store Manager**
The Retail Store Manager is tasked with driving the effective management of store operations, which encompasses financial responsibilities and inventory control. This role involves recruiting and guiding a team of associates to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining compliance with company policies. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent along with at least 3 years of experience in retail management. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, in addition to holding a valid driver’s license.
