Job description
The shift supervisor is responsible for guiding the coffeehouse team to offer exceptional service and create a friendly atmosphere for patrons. Key duties involve assigning tasks, mentoring staff on the preparation of food and beverages, and upholding the operational standards of the store. Applicants should have a minimum of six months of experience in roles that require direct customer interaction, along with at least six months of experience in overseeing the work of other team members. This position necessitates a flexible schedule, including availability for early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
