**Retail Supervisor**
The Retail Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing the daily functions of the store and donation center, inspiring the team to achieve production and sales targets. This position involves training team members, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring a safe and organized workspace. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of college education or relevant experience and must be able to obtain forklift certification. A flexible schedule is essential for this role, including availability for closing shifts and weekends, as well as the capability to handle physical tasks such as lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
