Job description
The Manager will be responsible for establishing the enterprise labor strategy, encompassing demand forecasting, workforce modeling, and scheduling to ensure staffing is effectively aligned with customer requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and utilize reporting tools and labor standards aimed at enhancing productivity and profitability. Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in labor modeling, workforce analytics, and retail operations. Expertise in workforce management systems and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.
