This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and utilize reporting tools and labor standards aimed at enhancing productivity and profitability. Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in labor modeling, workforce analytics, and retail operations. Expertise in workforce management systems and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.
