**Job Title: Registered Nurse**
The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering centralized follow-up care, which includes overseeing abnormal laboratory findings and monitoring patient referrals. This role also involves managing the nurse hotline, triaging patient inquiries, and maintaining precise documentation in the electronic health record system. Applicants must possess a valid Registered Nurse license in New York State and have a minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience.
