**Job Title: Returns Associate**
The Returns Associate plays a crucial role in handling customer orders, encompassing the tasks of selecting, packing, and dispatching parts while ensuring precision in inventory management. This position necessitates the safe operation of warehouse machinery and active involvement in inventory counts and physical inventory assessments. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, as well as prior experience with warehouse inventory management systems and forklift operation. The job demands physical strength, with the capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds and the stamina to remain standing for 8 to 10 hours daily.
