Job Summary
The technician will be responsible for offering operational and support assistance specifically for desktop computers and associated systems. This role is critical in ensuring that technical issues are efficiently addressed and resolved within the designated facility.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
- Provide operational support for desktop PCs and related systems.
- Assist in maintaining and ensuring the functionality of all computer systems within the facility.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is necessary.
- At least three years of experience in microcomputer support, or two years of college education in a relevant IT discipline coupled with one year of practical experience.
- Possession of a valid Nevada driver’s license.
- A current driving history report is required.
