Job description
The Assistant Director of Nursing will support the Director of Nursing in guiding nursing services, ensuring adherence to regulations, and managing personnel performance and schedules. Key responsibilities include supervising resident care, facilitating staff training sessions, and coordinating the admissions and discharge processes. The ideal candidate should be a Registered Nurse (RN) with prior experience in a skilled nursing facility. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and clinical management capabilities are essential for effectively overseeing nursing operations and staff performance.
