**Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)**
The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) plays a vital role in supporting occupational therapists by executing tailored treatment plans and engaging patients in therapeutic exercises designed to enhance their daily living abilities. Additionally, the COTA is responsible for providing education to patients and their families regarding the use of adaptive tools, while meticulously documenting patient advancements to facilitate cohesive care. Applicants must have completed an associate’s degree in an Occupational Therapy Assistant program and hold a current COTA license. This position requires 1-2 years of relevant experience and the physical capacity to lift and transfer patients.
