**Director of Assisted Living Services and Alzheimer’s Care**
The Director of Assisted Living Services oversees all aspects of clinical operations, nursing personnel, and adherence to regulatory standards within the assisted living and memory care communities. This role includes the formulation of individualized care plans, management of financial resources, and the assurance of a consistently high level of resident-centered care. Candidates for this position must hold a current Registered Nurse license in Connecticut and either a Bachelor’s degree with two years of professional experience or an Associate’s degree accompanied by four years of relevant experience. A minimum of three years in progressively responsible nursing leadership roles, including at least two years of experience in staff management, is essential.
