Job Summary
The RN Clinical Coordinator plays a critical role in overseeing patient care and ensuring that clinical operations run smoothly within the healthcare facility. This position will involve coordinating nursing activities, facilitating communication among staff, and ensuring compliance with medical standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement training programs for nursing staff.
- Monitor patient progress and quality of care.
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for the clinical department.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- At least 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
