The Registered Nurse is responsible for orchestrating patient care by evaluating individual needs, establishing nursing diagnoses, and executing appropriate treatment plans. This role involves working in concert with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes while upholding professional standards and ensuring confidentiality. Applicants must have an active state license as a Registered Nurse and current CPR certification. Additional certifications, including BCLS and ACLS, are mandatory, and a Bachelor’s degree in nursing is highly desirable.
