Job Summary
The Registered Nurse plays a pivotal role in delivering both direct and indirect patient care across multiple healthcare settings, employing the nursing process to effectively assess, plan, and execute care strategies. This position is essential for ensuring that patient needs are met while working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Assess, plan, and implement appropriate nursing care for patients.
- Manage and prioritize patient needs effectively.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all clinical activities.
Qualifications
- Must possess a current RN license in Alabama or a Multi-State RN license.
- Certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS is required.
- Preferred experience of at least one year in critical care nursing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
