Job Summary
The Billing Membership Analyst is responsible for overseeing and managing the billing processes related to membership services. This role requires attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accurate billing operations and to support the financial aspects of membership management.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end billing cycle for membership accounts, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Analyze billing data and identify discrepancies to rectify any issues promptly.
- Generate reports on membership billing and financial performance for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the finance team to enhance billing processes and systems.
- Provide support to members regarding billing inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in billing or finance-related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
