Job Summary
The RN Home Health Care Manager is responsible for overseeing clinical operations to guarantee that patient care adheres to established professional standards and complies with regulatory guidelines. This role is pivotal in mentoring and guiding clinical staff to promote a cooperative atmosphere, while also spearheading initiatives that enhance quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight to ensure compliance with patient care standards and regulations.
- Lead and mentor clinical staff to create a supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in a home care setting.
- At least 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within home health care is preferred.
- Familiarity with Medicare regulations is essential.
