Job description
The Clinical Director is responsible for supervising all clinical operations, guaranteeing adherence to both federal and state regulations, and upholding exemplary standards in patient care. This role involves managing personnel tasks such as recruitment, training, and performance assessments, as well as implementing strategic initiatives for the nursing division. Applicants must possess a valid registered nurse license and a minimum of 2 years of management experience specifically within a home health environment. A comprehensive understanding of Medicare, OASIS, and QAPI processes is essential, accompanied by strong leadership and communication abilities.
