This role involves managing personnel tasks such as recruitment, training, and performance assessments, as well as implementing strategic initiatives for the nursing division. Applicants must possess a valid registered nurse license and a minimum of 2 years of management experience specifically within a home health environment. A comprehensive understanding of Medicare, OASIS, and QAPI processes is essential, accompanied by strong leadership and communication abilities.
