The Registered Nurse is responsible for overseeing patient care from the moment of admission until discharge, which includes conducting OASIS assessments and creating tailored care plans. This role involves working alongside an interdisciplinary team to deliver nursing services and ensure adherence to Medicare regulations and agency standards. Applicants must have an active RN license in Ohio, along with a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and auto insurance. While experience in home health and with OASIS assessments is a plus, it is not mandatory.
