Job Summary
The position entails providing integrated nursing care to patients in alignment with established standards and the nursing methodology. This role requires overseeing nursing personnel’s activities and collaborating with other healthcare disciplines, utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment to ensure quality care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to patients based on established protocols.
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate interdisciplinary care.
- Utilize critical thinking in assessing patient needs and making care decisions.
- Exercise independent judgment in evaluating patient outcomes and adjusting care plans as necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- AHA-ACLS (American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support) or ARC-ALS (American Red Cross Advanced Life Support) certification.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Experience in an acute care setting is desirable.
