The nurse will oversee the transition of care for residents, facilitating secure discharges and maintaining continuous care. Additionally, they will supervise the daily operations of nursing assistants and oversee medication administration along with clinical record-keeping. Applicants must hold a valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
