Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Conduct patient assessments to monitor health status and respond to health changes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families during treatment.
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license valid in the state of Illinois.
- Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification is required.
