Job description
The nurse will perform health evaluations, provide medications, and oversee the well-being of residents in a supportive living and memory care setting. Additionally, they will work in partnership with doctors and family members to deliver exceptional, resident-focused care. Applicants must have an active RN or LPN license in Illinois and a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. This position calls for excellent clinical assessment abilities, communication prowess, and strong organizational skills.
