**Job Title: Registered Nurse**
The Registered Nurse offers hands-on patient care, manages the transitions of care, and assists in scheduling appointments while collaborating with clinic healthcare providers. Responsibilities include formulating and executing customized health plans and delivering education to patients and their families. Applicants should have completed an accredited nursing program with a minimum of an associate degree and possess a current RN license. A minimum of one year of experience in registered nursing is also necessary.
