The MDS Coordinator oversees the comprehensive coordination and execution of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) alongside the interdisciplinary care planning process. This role is essential in ensuring strict adherence to all relevant state and federal regulations while upholding exceptional standards of resident care. Applicants should be graduates of an accredited nursing program, ideally possessing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and must hold an active nursing license. A minimum of two years of professional nursing experience is required, with at least one year in a managerial nursing position within the long-term care sector.
