Job Summary
The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering specialized care tailored to patients in the operating room setting. This professional will work closely with the healthcare team to provide exceptional health services and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized patient care in the operating room.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and sterile environment during procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate patient conditions before, during, and after surgery.
- Implement nursing interventions and assist with patient education.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Alaska Registered Nurse license.
- A minimum of one year of nursing experience.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing academic program.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
