Job Title: Home Health Nurse
Deliver individualized, one-on-one nursing care to patients in their residences, ensuring focused attention for each client throughout each shift. Keep comprehensive and precise records utilizing electronic documentation systems while working closely with the clinical support team. Applicants must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana and have graduated from an accredited nursing program.
