Job description
The Associate Patient Service Specialist is responsible for overseeing the patient check-in and check-out procedures, which encompass appointment scheduling and updating insurance information. This role involves ensuring that the reception area remains organized and delivering outstanding customer service to patients during their appointments. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED. A foundational understanding of medical terminology and patient record systems is necessary, coupled with excellent customer service abilities.
