Job description
The RN Staff Nurse plays a crucial role in delivering direct patient care within the surgical specialties unit as part of a collaborative healthcare team. This position involves assessing, planning, executing, and reviewing patient care in alignment with established standards and their professional scope. Applicants are required to possess a valid state RN license and AHA BLS certification, alongside a minimum of one year of nursing practice or the successful completion of a comparable residency program. While a BSN degree is highly preferred, experienced RNs with relevant clinical experience may also be considered for the role.
