The Robotics Clinical Specialist will lead surgical teams through training pathways for the ROSA system and provide clinical support during technology-enabled cases. They are responsible for developing account-specific launch plans and ensuring sustainable technology use at key customer accounts. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a technical field, though an associate’s degree with equivalent experience is acceptable. A minimum of 2-3 years of clinical sales experience or one year of orthopedic sales or case coverage is required.
