Job Summary
The Senior Director of IT Infrastructure and Support plays a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive leadership across the organization’s IT infrastructure. This involves the strategic design, seamless integration, and continuous optimization of systems that span various facilities. Additionally, this position is responsible for managing technical support services aimed at achieving excellence in incident resolution and establishing effective performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise-wide leadership for IT infrastructure initiatives.
- Lead the design and integration of IT systems across multiple locations.
- Optimize the performance of IT infrastructure.
- Oversee technical support services to ensure high-quality incident resolution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems.
- At least ten years of experience in the field of information technology.
- A minimum of seven years of experience in developing infrastructure strategy within a manufacturing context.
