The Route Supervisor is tasked with guiding, training, and nurturing a team of 5–7 Route Service Representatives to achieve outstanding service levels and maintain customer loyalty. This position involves managing the profitability of the territory, fostering account expansion, ensuring precise billing, and maintaining safe operational routes. Applicants should demonstrate established leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a results-oriented approach. The job necessitates early morning availability and the capacity to work autonomously in a field-focused setting.
