**Safety Manager**
The Safety Manager plays a crucial role in the formulation and execution of the Safety Management System, ensuring adherence to OSHA and various regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include analyzing incidents, conducting site audits, and promoting a safety-centered culture through training and active engagement in the field. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in a safety management capacity, particularly in the construction or telecommunications sectors. A bachelor’s degree in health and safety or a related discipline is highly desirable.
