**Job Title: Marine Rigging Technician**
The Marine Rigging Technician will be responsible for evaluating, installing, and maintaining both standing and running rigging systems on sailboats, which encompasses tasks such as mast stepping and tuning. Additionally, the technician will create rigging components and work closely with customers to deliver exceptional service. Applicants should have a background in marine rigging or a similar field, along with a solid mechanical aptitude. The position demands the capability to work at heights, lift weights exceeding 50 lbs, and maintain a valid driver’s license.
