Job Summary
The Sales and Service Associate plays a pivotal role in creating a positive experience for members by welcoming them and supporting their fitness endeavors. This position is vital in ensuring that the gym atmosphere remains clean and secure for all users. Additionally, this role includes providing assistance with sales and may involve childcare responsibilities in the Kids’ Club.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist members in their fitness journey.
- Ensure the gym environment is clean and safe.
- Provide sales support to promote membership and services.
- Assist with childcare tasks in the Kids’ Club.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- CPR and AED certification to be obtained within 60 days of employment.
- TrustLine registration required for childcare responsibilities in California locations.
