Job description
The associate will play a key role in greeting new members and assisting them as they embark on their fitness journey, fostering relationships based on trust. They are also tasked with maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept gym environment, providing exceptional sales and service experiences. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of experience in retail or fitness sales and demonstrate a strong customer service orientation. Furthermore, it is essential for them to acquire CPR and AED certification within the first 60 days of employment.
