Job description
The Sales and Service Expert plays a key role in enhancing membership growth and retention by engaging in proactive lead generation and delivering effective sales presentations. This position also ensures a top-notch experience for members by managing the facility and offering support with fitness resources. Ideal candidates will hold a high school diploma or GED, although a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Additionally, applicants should have 1-2 years of experience in service sales and are required to secure CPR and AED certifications within the first 60 days of their employment.
