**Sales Associate**
The Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, guiding pet owners in choosing products, and ensuring the store is clean, safe, and well-organized. This position also involves upholding animal care guidelines, handling transactions, and aiding in inventory restocking. While prior experience in retail or customer service is advantageous, it is not essential. Candidates must be passionate about animals, possess excellent communication abilities, and be capable of engaging in physical activities, including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
