**Sales Associate**
The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, guiding pet owners in their selection of products, and ensuring that the store remains clean, safe, and well-organized. Responsibilities also include processing point-of-sale transactions, restocking merchandise, and maintaining the health and safety of the store’s animals. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication abilities, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and have a genuine passion for animal welfare. While previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The position also necessitates the capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
