**Front End Team Leader**

Additionally, this position involves handling payroll, overseeing store banking, minimizing shrinkage, and assisting with the execution of merchandising strategies. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and have 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting. This role requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
