Job description
**Front End Team Leader**
The Front End Team Leader is responsible for managing daily operations at the front end of the store, which includes supervising associates, ensuring adherence to customer service standards, and delegating tasks. Additionally, this position involves handling payroll, overseeing store banking, minimizing shrinkage, and assisting with the execution of merchandising strategies. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and have 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting. This role requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
