**Sales Manager**
The Sales Manager is responsible for guiding a successful team to achieve sales objectives while providing an exceptional customer experience through strong leadership on the sales floor. This position entails managing daily operations of the store, which includes overseeing point-of-sale systems, ensuring inventory compliance, and implementing company initiatives. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years in retail management and be capable of performing physical activities, such as lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, with availability required for nights, weekends, and early morning shifts.
