**Sales Associate**
The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, guiding pet owners through product selections, and ensuring that the store is kept clean, safe, and well-organized. Responsibilities also include restocking inventory, handling transactions, and monitoring the well-being of the animals in the store. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication abilities, the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, and a genuine passion for animal welfare. Prior experience in retail or customer service is advantageous, and the position necessitates the physical ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
