**Job Title: Relationship Manager**
The Relationship Manager is responsible for nurturing and establishing client connections, serving as a reliable business ally in the small business sector. Key duties involve actively spotting opportunities, managing loan application processes, and working closely with the team to implement sales initiatives. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar qualifications, coupled with experience in small business lending. A strong grasp of financial analysis, banking regulations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential, along with the necessary NMLS registration.
