**Sales Associate**
As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, fostering relationships, and boosting sales by making informed product suggestions and ensuring smooth transaction processes. You will also uphold the store’s presentation standards, handle inventory management, and assist with general store operations to achieve performance goals. Ideal candidates should demonstrate a commitment to customer care, possess strong communication abilities, and be open to a flexible work schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position involves physical activity, including bending, reaching, and lifting items weighing at least 40 lbs, and requires comfort with using technology, such as tablets and smartphones.
