**Sales Associate**
The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, fostering relationships with customers, and enhancing sales through effective product suggestions and smooth transaction handling. This position also involves upholding store presentation standards, overseeing inventory management, and contributing to overall store operations in order to achieve performance targets. Applicants should have excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The job requires physical agility, including the capacity to lift at least 40 lbs and to engage in activities such as bending, reaching, and standing for prolonged periods.
