As the leader of the sales floor, your primary responsibility will be to create an exceptional customer experience while showcasing the brand’s minimalist style. You will also engage in essential behind-the-scenes duties, including restocking merchandise and handling cashier transactions to facilitate seamless store operations. This position demands a friendly demeanor, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to engage in physical activities such as standing and lifting items weighing up to 20 pounds. While prior retail experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory as training will be offered.
