The Insurance Agent plays a critical role in fostering sales expansion by seeking new clientele and nurturing ties with current customers. They serve as reliable consultants to assist clients in choosing suitable insurance offerings, all while ensuring precise documentation of transactions. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent communication abilities and skills in relationship management, with a preference for those who hold a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license. A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required, and proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly valued.
