Sales Effectiveness Coordinator
St. Louis, MO (Hybrid)
$40/HR As a Sales Effectiveness Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving adoption, engagement, and support for an evolving CRM ecosystem, mobile solutions, and content management tools. You will be a key force in shaping how the US Commercial Sales organization is supported, anticipating changes in business needs, empowering users through training and hands-on guidance, and collaborating across teams to continuously improve processes. Sales Effectiveness Coordinator Responsibilities
- Own the adoption journey by leading efforts to drive usage and engagement of our CRM and content management tools.
- Adapt and evolve by anticipating changes in business needs and adjusting strategies, training, and support accordingly.
- Empower users through delivering impactful training through team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and inbox support, and ensure users feel confident and supported.
- Collaborate with partners with the Sales Process and Systems team, Sales Enablement Leads, and Marketing Coordinators to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Communicate effectively while maintaining clear, timely updates to stakeholders and team members as priorities evolve.
- Support the Sales Process and Systems team by focusing on the details of content, newsletters, project management documentation, training materials, and testing deployments from developers.
- Other duties may be assigned as we partner with our business stakeholders.
Sales Effectiveness Coordinator Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience with evolving AI, mobile platforms, Customer Relationship Management systems, and content management systems.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills for training others on systems.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make decisions in ambiguous situations while partnering with the team to gain efficiency.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
