Job Summary
The Sales & Service Associate is essential in handling daily banking transactions while delivering individualized financial advice to assist clients in reaching their objectives. This role is also key in supporting branch functions, endorsing digital banking solutions, and maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Process daily banking transactions efficiently.
- Provide personalized financial guidance to customers.
- Support the overall operations of the branch.
- Promote the use of digital banking tools to clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-oriented position.
- Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is mandatory.
