Job Summary
The Sales & Service Associate plays a pivotal role in facilitating everyday banking operations by handling transactions and assisting in the establishment of new accounts for both personal and commercial clients. This position also emphasizes offering tailored financial advice and advocating for digital banking solutions to support clients in reaching their financial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Process various banking transactions efficiently.
- Open new accounts for individual and business clients.
- Offer personalized financial advice to customers.
- Promote and explain digital banking tools available to clients.
- Assist customers in achieving their financial goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles, including banking, retail, or hospitality.
- Must be registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) to fulfill SAFE Act requirements.
