Job description
**Sanitation and Fleet Manager**
The Sanitation and Fleet Manager is responsible for overseeing the city’s sanitation, recycling, and yard debris collection initiatives while also managing the maintenance and asset oversight of all Public Works vehicles. This position includes the administration of budgets, contracts, grant submissions, and the supervision of departmental personnel to guarantee smooth and safe operations. Applicants should have an associate’s degree, complemented by a minimum of four years in a supervisory role within waste or environmental management. A valid state driver’s license is necessary, along with the capability to handle intricate operational logistics and staff performance effectively.
