**Job Title: Safety & Health Supervisor**
The Safety & Health Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the organization’s safety and health initiatives to ensure alignment with federal, state, and OSHA regulations. This role involves leading safety audits, carrying out investigations of incidents, and offering guidance to various business units to minimize occurrences of work-related injuries and illnesses. Candidates should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in safety or electric utility operations along with a relevant degree or equivalent experience. A thorough knowledge of OSHA standards and effective communication skills are essential, while professional certifications such as CSP or CIH are strongly preferred.
